The physicians on our faculty share a dedication to providing innovative physician training programs.

Dr. Zambrano

Program Director

Dr. Zambrano received his BA from Columbia University in NY, his Master of Science in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in MA, and his MD from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University in NY. Dr. Zambrano is Board Certified in Family Medicine, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Dr. Zambrano has two decades of experience training medical students, residents, attendings, and hospital executives. Some of his prior positions have included a Senior Consultant with Greeley Consulting, where he developed educational programs for practicing physicians and presented nationally on various topics. Previously, Dr. Zambrano served as a Senior Medical Director for Oak Street Health, a CMO for Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, a CMO for Aurora Healthcare in Kenosha, WI, Deputy and Interim CMO for VISN 7 in GA, and the Chief of Staff at the West Texas VA Health Care System. He served in the United States Army Reserve from 2001-2012 with four deployments.

Dr. Zambrano has been heavily involved in diversity and inclusion throughout his career, having published a book chapter and multiple presentations. He mentors for his undergraduate university and ACHE for diversity candidates. Dr. Zambrano has won the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives Leadership Award.

Dr. Zambrano has been married for over 30 years and has three daughters. His daughters currently attend MIT, Harvard, and Canterbury High School. He enjoys spending time with them whenever they are home, practicing magic, and teaching others how to fly airplanes as a certificated flight instructor.

Chelsea F. Kolodziej, DO

Dr. Kolodziej completed her medical education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. She then completed a Family Medicine Residency at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. Dr. Kolodziej is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Kolodziej has been a mentor at the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Program in Pittsburgh, PA, a participant in the Physician Leadership Longitudinal Course in Indianapolis, IN, and Chief Resident at IU Health Ball Memorial Family Practice Residency in Muncie, IN.

Benjamin O. Adebayo Sr., MD

Services: Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Adebayo completed his medical education at The University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, OH. He went on to obtain his Master of Public Health, (MPH) at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Adebayo returned to the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, OH, to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Adebayo is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Adebayo is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), Society of Laparoscopy and Robotic Surgeons (SLS), American Medical Association (AMA), and a Junior Fellow at the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG).

Dr. Adebayo is currently a Clinical Instructor (Volunteer), at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN, and Assistant Professor (Volunteer), at Indiana University School of Medicine, Fort Wayne Campus, Fort Wayne, IN.

Emily T. Barrido-Kabigting, MD

Specialty: Pediatrics
Services: Pediatrics & Level 2 Nursery
Dr. Barrido-Kabigting obtained her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. She completed her Pediatrics Residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Barrido-Kabigting is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Barrido-Kabigting has been a member of the Credentials Committee and has held the positions of Vice-Chief and Chief of Maternal/Child Health Care Service.

James E. Cameron, MD

Specialties: Pediatrics and Neonatology
Services: Neonatology

Dr. Cameron completed his medical education at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He then pursued a Pediatrics Residency at Wake Forest University-Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Afterward, he completed a Neonatology-Pediatrics Fellowship at Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Cameron is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Anthony P. Collins, DO

Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Services: Emergency Medicine
Dr. Collins earned his medical degree at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. He completed one year in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, OH. He also concluded his Emergency Medicine Residency at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Collins is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Collins also serves as a member of the Chest Pain Committee.

Jeanette R. Hoeksema, PsyD

Specialty: Psychology
Services: Psychology, including Clinical Interventions, Family and Group Therapy, and Behavior Modification Therapy
Dr. Hoeksema received her MSW degree from the Indiana University School of Social Work and earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) School of Psychological Services at the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Hoeksema completed her Doctoral Internship in Clinical Psychology at the National Psychology Training Consortium in Springfield, MO.

Dr. Hoeksema is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students.

Dr. Hoeksema conducts numerous Professional and Community Activities. She offers presentations and updates to the Medical Staff and is active in communicating and providing education to local organizations.

Douglas A. Rex, DO

Specialty: General Surgery
Services: General Surgeon
Dr. Rex completed his medical education at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. He then completed an Internship and General Surgery Residency at Grandview Hospital & Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Dr. Rex is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
Dr. Rex has been an Adjunct Surgical Professor at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN, since 2013. He has served as a member of the Infection Control, Quality & Patient Safety, Credentials and Cancer Care Committees. He has also held leadership positions on the Medical Executive Committee and Marion Health Board of Directors.

Imran A. Sethi, MD

Specialties: Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Nephrology
Services: Critical Care Medicine and Nephrology

Dr. Sethi obtained his medical education at Dow Medical College- University of Karachi in Karachi. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. He then completed a Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY, and another Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr. Sethi is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Critical Care Medicine.
